TERMS & CONDITIONS

Shipping to and from

Custom work without prior approval and/or deposit...no work to begin until deposit is received. Not responsible for lost or misdirected mail, or damage in transit for any reason, including but not limited to carrier mishandling, negligence or improper packaging. Fees for services are limited to those quoted/agreed upon in advance.

Damage repairs or services necessitated by condition upon receipt beyond those contained in the original agreement are assessed additional fees.

I am committed to the utmost care & treating each piece as if it were my own while here if doing restoration and when being packaged for its return. However, due to the possibility of damage by carrier mishandling, customer-paid return insurance for full value is mandatory. Contact the carrier directly with any damage claims. If you wish to return the item to me for repair of damage that occurred during return, contact me for a quote in advance.

Property Abandonment Statement

All restoration/repair/custom work that has been completed and billed to customer will be held for 90 days only. Items unclaimed and/or unpaid after 90 days become the property of Anakwacas productions (unless other arrangements regarding payment/claim have been made with Mystic River Studio). Unclaimed items will be sold to cover the expense of completed work and storage.

Shipping to me means that you have read, understand and agree with the policies posted.

I will try to have all work done and shipped to you in a timely manner.

RUsh Orders

However, extenuating circumstances are always a problem. If you need your art RIGHT AWAY, please email me and I'll do my best to help you, but your order will Incur an Additional RUSH fee.

I do insist that you include a letter with every package that has your contact information (name, phone number, address, email) and lists what work needs to be done.

This is for my records and your safety. Packages that arrives without any information as to whom they belong or documentation will be held without work until I hear from the owner. If I do not hear from the owner within a month, the art will be shipped home.

Customizing:
I will paint or create a new original piece as per your requests . Email me for an estimate.

I will email the agreement documents to be signed.

DONATIONS:
I will accept any donations an will donate prints for a cause.

Donation-seeker is resposible for all postage costs.

PAYMENT:
I accept Paypal with an additional 4% added to the total. Checks and Money orders are acceptable. I will arrange for time payments with 30% down and the balance due upon project completion. No trades, please. Payment in full up front is incentive for speedier completion.

a deposit of half the purchase price is required before work starts.

Most work is priced on an individual basis, depending on what needs to be done. The following list is meant as a guideline only - please contact me regarding your individual needs.

100.00 per sq ft to the nearest ft. for landscapes

200.00 per sq ft for portrait per one person in picture

200 per square ft for pets portraits per pet

work will be shipped to customer when final payment is received after completion of work and approval is met (I will send digital photos for your approval). Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. IF no word after 90 days, the work is forfeited. It is your responsibility to inform me of physical address changes or email address changes.
